Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all Internet users to experience the web.

FreeSMUG build is based on Mac stable release that follow Chromium Release Calendar.
FreeSMUG, build Chromium accordingly Mac Build instructions, add Sparkle update framework so you can update to next stable build using command Chromium -> Check for Updates….

  • This release fixes an issue in the DOM.
    17.0.963.65 Change Log, this release fixes a number of issues including:
  • Cursors and backgrounds sometimes do not load (bug 111218)
  • Plugins not loading on some pages (bug 108228)
  • Text paste includes trailing spaces (bug 106551)
  • Websites using touch controls break (bug 110332)
  • Along with these fixes, the release contains an updated version of the Adobe Flash player 11.1.102.63.
